Richard Chicoine is a leasing coordinator with the McLeod Project Marketing multifamily rental sales division. Richard joined the firm in 2014 as MPM secured our biggest brand new rental project to date. During that successful 227 unit lease up, Richard and Robert realized our systems were perfect to keep growing the company in the rental project marketing direction as well. Richard started in real estate sales in Quebec before moving to Alberta to take on a new opportunity in the automotive sector. When Robert met Richard he knew from his ability to listen that Richard would be a perfect fit with MPM. Richard is presently managing our newest multi phase 300+ unit project, Richard has no hobbies as he’s rather busy right now. When he slows down we will help him find a hobby. Richard lives in Edmonton with his wife and son.
Colleen joined the sales team at McLeod Project Marketing and RE/MAX® 10 years ago, and brings a wide range of careers, skills and experience to the company. Originally born in Winnipeg, Colleen moved to Edmonton. As a Registered Nurse (R.N.) Colleen worked at both the Misericordia and University of Alberta Hospitals. Subsequently, she took some “time off” to raise a family of three great children. During this period, she was also an active volunteer, serving on the boards of numerous charitable, civic, and educational institutions in her community. In addition, she was a member of the Optimist Club, a founding member of the St. Albert-Parkland Rotary Club, and also a founding member of the board of directors for Caveat Alberta. These years of service resulted in Colleen being one of the nominees as Citizen of the Year for the City of St. Albert. Colleen has sold out numerous projects, not because of her name, but only because of her abilities.
