Heartland Common is a 12,000 sq.ft retail commercial condominium complex located in Fort Saskatchewan, AB. McLeod Project Marketing was retained to position this project and market it to a medical end users. With our in-house commercial broker we were able to position this project as a local medical centre of excellence and obtain an almost 100% medical end user.

Lakeside Business Park is a light industrial & office complex in the Summerside community of south Edmonton. McLeod Project Marketing was tasked with sourcing the site, assembling the development team and managing all aspects of marketing and commercial brokerage with our in-house commercial broker.

McLeod Project Marketing was tasked with re-lauching, the Harvest Ridge subdivision for Lamont Land. The initial scope included re-branding the subdivision and assisting the land developer with retaining and establishing relationships with new single family home builders. Aspects of the marketing services included, re-branding, signage re-design & re-facing, in show home displays, community events, web, print and local campaign management.

Avalon Court was a very unique project for the McLeod team. This multi-family development of two brand new rental apartment complexes located in Charlesworth in Southeast Edmonton represented the first project for the purpose of rental marketed by our agency. McLeod Project Marketing managed the research, advisory, marketing, communications, PR and staffing for the lease up of this 227 unit complex prior to its sale.
